摘 要:以来自北京市5所中学的557名教职员工为被试,采用组织政治知觉问卷、工作满意度问卷和组织公平问卷为主要测量工具,探讨组织公平对组织政治知觉与工作满意度之间关系的调节作用。研究发现:(1)组织公平对总体组织政治知觉与总体工作满意度之间的调节作用不明显;(2)组织公平在行政管理行为政治知觉与内在满意之间具有调节作用;(3)组织公平在上级行为政治知觉和内在满意之间具有调节作用。这表明组织公平对于组织政治知觉与工作满意度之间的关系具有部分调节作用。The present attempt explores the role of organization justice (OJ) in adjusting the political awareness of organization (PAO) and job satisfaction (JS). The testees are 557 teachers and stuff members from 5 middle and high schools in Beijing City; the main testing means include PAO, JS, and OJ questionnaires. The research shows that (i) there is no significant effect of OJ in adjusting the general PAO and JS; (ii) but it does play a role in the political awareness of administrative behaviors and internal satisfaction; (iii) it also functions between the political awareness of the superordinate organization behaviors and internal satisfaction. Therefore, OJ has a partial role in adjusting PAO and JS.
