摘  要:对印迹脂肪酶CRL催化合成己酸乙酯的反应,以及印迹酶的活性、稳定性等进行了初步研究,并对合成的产物结构进行了表征。结果显示,合成的产物为己酸乙酯,印迹酶活性的提高依赖于反应介质、含水量,以及印迹模板等因素。酯化反应在以正庚烷为反应介质,反应温度为40℃,加水量为80μL,印迹模板为正辛酸的条件下,印迹酶的活性较游离酶提高了6倍,稳定性也有相应的提高。The ethyl hexanoa was synthesized in organic medium, catalyzed by bioimprinted CRL(candida rugosa lipase).The structure and molecular weight of the synthesized product was also characterized by IR and GC-MS techniques.The experimental results showed that the synthesized product was ethyl hexanoa. The increase in activity was dependent on the amount of water, the solvent type and the imprint molecule itself. The reaction medium was heptane. the reaction temperature was 40℃, and the amount of water was 80μL. The actvityof bioimprinted enzemy increase more 6 times than free enzemy, and the standbility of bioimprinted enzemy was also enhanced.
