摘　　要：介绍了我国食品塑料软包装材料的安全评价体系及限制性卫生指标,指出在残留溶剂的检测方面与欧美等发达国家存在的差距,并建议按照欧盟和美国的检测要求扩大对国内食品塑料软包装材料中残留溶剂的检测范围。Safety valuation and sanitation standards of food-contacted plastic flexible packaging materials in China were introduced.It was also pointed out that there was big difference in detection standards of residual solvents in plastic flexible packaging for food in China and EU and the United States.Increasing the types of residual solvents in the process of safety valuation on plastic flexible packaging materials basing on the solvents scope ruled in EU and the United States was proposed.
