摘 要:为推进"职业教育一体化进程",欧盟委员会推出了在欧盟各成员国间实现职业教育学分转换的"欧洲职业教育与培训学分体系"。该体系以促进学习者和工人的跨国流动、建立无国界的终身职业教育环境为目标,其实施框架包括单元学习成果、在相关机构间建立合作伙伴和学分转换三方面。学分体系的推出对于欧盟职业教育竞争力的整体提升和其他地区职业教育区域合作的发展具有重要意义。In order to boost the "integration process of vocational education", the European Union pushed out the European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training that can transform credits of vocational education among member countries. The system aims to foster trans-national mobility of workers and learners and build lifelong vocational education environments without borders, and its implementation framework include three aspects: units of learning outcomes, establishment of partnerships among stakeholders and credit transfer. The system has significant meaning for enhancing competitiveness of vocational education of Europe and cooperation of vocational education in other regions.
