摘  要:研究了黑曲霉突变株9-1-D耐热糖化酶糖化淀粉的条件,结果表明,耐热糖化酶9-1-D的最适糖化温度为60℃,糖化液的DE值为94.83%。在65℃时糖化液的DE值仍可达到90%以上,达到相同DE值时,糖化时间较市售糖化酶缩短了15h。One mutant of Aspergillus niger named 9-1-D which producing thermostable glucoamylase was obtained in our laboratory, and the starch saccharification conditions with thermostable glucoamylase were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature of the reaction was 60℃, the DE value was 94.83 %. DE value remained more than 90 % when the saccharification reaction was developed at 65℃, and the saccharification period that obtained the same DE value was reduced by 15 h compared with the one using market glucoamylase.
