摘 要:语用失误是非英语专业学生跨文化交际中的主要障碍。英语教学只有掌握了造成学生语用失误的具体原因,针对存在的问题及时采取有力措施,才能有效地提高学生的英语语用能力。通过问卷调查的形式,对部分非英语专业学生的英语实际运用情况做了调查。从价值观念、思维方式、礼貌的文化内涵差异的角度,分析了造成语用失误的原因,并对今后教学提出了具体建议。Since pragmatic failure has become the main obstacle for non- English majors in cross-cultural communication, it is supposed to have a command of the specific causes leading to students' pragmatic failure and to take powerful measures which will contribute to improving the students' pragmatic competence. An investigation of pragmatic competence in part of non - English major students is made in form of questionnaire. In light of the existing problems, the author makes analysis for the reasons of pragmatic failure from the aspects of values, the differences on the way of thinking and courtesy of Cultural connotation and gives the concrete suggestions.
