摘　　要：总结了PVPP吸附多酚类物质的原理,分析了PVPP吸附多酚的众多影响因素,提出实际生产中相应的添加工艺和方法。The absorption principles of polyphenol compound in beer by PVPP were summarized. The factors influencing polyphenol compound absorption by PVPP were analyzed. The relative addition techniques in practical production were also put forward.
