摘 要:采用气质联机(GC-MS)分析,人工解析质谱图与计算机谱库检索相结合的方法对超临界CO2流体萃取(SFE)与水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取的迷迭香油进行化学成分分析,采用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量,并与迷迭香油的国际标准比较,确定两种方法提取的迷迭香油的成分类型。结果表明,SFE法最大出油率达4.40%,共鉴定了52种化合物;SD法最大出油率只有1.40%,共鉴定了36种化合物;两种方法得到的相同成分有23种,主要成分都是α-蒎烯和1,8-桉叶素等。SFE法提取的迷迭香油与突尼斯和摩洛哥型迷迭香油更为接近;而SD法提取的迷迭香油与西班牙型更为接近。The isolated oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with computer retrieval, respectively, and the quantitative determination was carried out according to the peak area integration.Based on the comparison of the main components of rosemary oil extracted by SFE and SD, we identified the oil type.The results showed that the yield of oil extracted by SFE was 4.40% and fifty-two compounds were identified,while the yield of the oil extracted by SD was much lower at only 1.40% and thirty-six constituents were recognized.Twenty-three components could be identified in both oils, and the main compounds were the same:alpha-pinene, 1,8-cineole and so on. Rosemary oil extracted by SFE is more close to Tunisian and Moroccan type,while rosemary oil obtained by SD is more close to Spanish type.
