摘 要:比较了5种大孔吸附树脂对黑米皮花色苷(Black Rice Anthocyanins,BRA)的吸附纯化效果,研究了AB-8型大孔树脂对BRA的吸附与解吸特性.结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂对BRA具有较好的吸附和解吸能力,是吸附纯化BRA的最佳树脂类型,其分离纯化BRA的最佳工艺参数为:上柱液pH值=2,样品质量浓度1.0 mg/mL,吸附流速1.0 mL/min,以体积分数为70%乙醇为解吸剂,洗脱速度为1.0 mL/min.树脂的重复利用率好,使用5次后吸附率无显著性差异(P>0.05),使用7次后,吸附率仅降低2.58%.BRA经AB-8大孔树脂纯化后,花色苷含量提高2.38倍,总抗氧化能力提高3.99倍.The absorption and pui:ification effects of 5 kinds of resins on Black Rice Anthocyanins (BRA) were compared, and the properties of adsorption and desorption for AB - 8 on BRA were further investigated. The result shows that AB -8 is the best resin for BRA due to its better adsorption and desorption capability. The optimal technical parameters of AB - 8 are as follows : the pH of solution is 2.0 ; the anthoeyanins concentration of the sample solution is 1.0 mg/mL, and the adsorption flow rate is lmL/min; the desorption flow rate is 1. OmL/min with 70% ethanol as the desorptioner. The resin has a good reutilization. The desorption capability has no significant changes after using 5 times ( P 〉 O. 05 ), and with only 2.58% reduction after using 7 times. After purified with AB - 8, the content of BRA increases 2.38 times and total antioxidant capability enhances 3.99 times.
