摘　　要：从白酒勾兑实践出发,以95%vol酒精为基准,建立了一个简捷的基础数据表。在此表基础上推导出了1套便捷的白酒勾兑计算公式和方法。应用于生产实践,查表方便,计算快捷准确。A simple basic data table for liquor blending was set up based on long-term liquor blending practice （alcohol （95 %vol） as benchmarking value）. Then a simple and rapid calculating method for liquor blending had been developed based on the table. The application of such method in liquor blending proved that it was convenient and accurate.
