树干毕赤酵母发酵半纤维素稀酸水解液生产乙醇的研究进展

摘　　要：木质纤维原料经稀酸预处理后可得半纤维素水解液,水解液中主要含有木糖、葡萄糖和少量的其他糖,另外还含有一些乙酸、糠醛和羟甲基糠醛等发酵抑制物。综述了稀酸预处理条件、脱毒方法和树干毕赤酵母(Pichia stipitis)发酵水解液生产乙醇的国内外研究进展。Hemicellulose hydrolyzate could be produced by lignocellulose by dilute acid pretreatment. The hydrolyzate mainly contains xylose, glucose, other sugars, and fermentation inhibitants including acetic acid, furfural and hydroxymethyl furfural. In this paper, the dilute acid pretreatment conditions, the detoxification methods, and the research progress in ethanol production from hemicellulose dilute hydrolyzate by P. stipitis domestically and abroad were reviewed.
