摘  要:通过开放式调查和深入访谈发现,当前高职教师的工作满意度水平较低,而且具有一定的离职倾向,直接威胁着高职教师队伍的稳定。为解决这一问题,高职院校应建立教师满意度评价体系,制定合理的教师薪酬体系,增强教师的组织承诺、工作自主性和职业成就感,营造和谐的人际氛围,通过建立教师服务中心等为教师提供帮助。Open investigation and interview show that, nowadays, the job satisfaction level of higher vocational school teachers is low, and they also have some inclination to leave posts, which have threatened the stability of teaching staff of higher vocational education.In order to solve the problem, higher vocational schools should adopt the following measures: build job satisfaction evaluation system for teachers, make out rational teacher salary system, increase teachers' organization commitment, work independence and professional accomplishment, shape harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, and provide help for teachers through building teacher assistance center.
