摘  要:目的利用单因素及响应面分析法优化蛹虫草菌丝体腺苷水提工艺。方法通过单因素实验选取实验因素与水平,在单因素实验的基础上,以水料比、提取温度、提取时间为响应因子,以腺苷得率为响应值,进行3因素3水平的响应面实验。结果蛹虫草菌丝体腺苷水提最佳工艺条件为:料水比1∶38,提取温度44℃,提取时间为2.3 h。在该最佳工艺条件下蛹虫草菌丝体腺苷得率可达1.44 mg/g,与理论计算值1.42 mg/g基本一致。结论经响应面法优化所得模型可较好地预测蛹虫草菌丝体腺苷的得率。Objective One - factor tests and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) were applied to optimizing the water ex- traction conditions of Cordyceps militaris mycelium adenosine. Methods Experiment factors and levels were first selected by one - factor tests. On the basis of this, the ratio of water to sample, extracting temperature, extracting time were chosen as the factors in RSM and each factor in the design was studied at three different levels. Results The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows : the ratio of sample to water 1 : 38, extracting temperature 44℃, extracting time 2.3 h. In this study, the opti- mized extraction conditions produced theoretically extraction rate of 1.42 mg/g and in practice 1.44 mg/g. Conclusion The good agreement between the predicted and experimental results verified the validity of the model and existence of an optimal point.
