摘 要:为了解决醋糟对城市环境卫生的污染问题,实现资源的综合利用,科研人员对此进行了相关研究。醋糟中含有大量未被降解利用的粗纤维和非蛋白氮等组分,这使其具备了"变废为宝"的物质基础。在大多数情况下,必须首先对醋糟进行适当的预处理,使之转变为糖、蛋白等易于利用的营养物质,才能使其他生物所利用。介绍了科研人员从不同的角度处理醋糟的几种方法,以及醋糟在不同行业领域的应用概况,对这些用法分析比较,探讨各自的优劣性,从而为醋糟的进一步研究与开发利用提供参考和依据。To resolve the pollution and achieve the comprehensive utilization of vinegar - waste in which there was plentiful coarse fiber and nonprotein nitrogen, which hadnt been degraduated to use and could be converted to asset. Vinegar - waste must be pretreated at first so that it would be translated into glucose and protein, etc which could be easily absorged before it was used by other orgarnism. In this article it was indicated how vinegar - waste was treated by different means and how vinegar - waste was applied in different business. Simultaneously these ways were compared with each other and then the developmental strategy was put forward for the uhilization of vinegar - waste.
