摘　　要：资源管理是自我管理的重要内容,是远程学习者顺利开展自主学习的重要保障。本文从学习资源的定义和分类出发,分析了学习资源特点,论述了学习资源管理的意义,阐述了学习资源管理的应用框架,讨论了学习资源管理的过程、原则以及信息技术对资源管理的作用,以期为远程学习者实现有效的资源管理提供一种概念和实践框架。Resource management is an important part of self-management and an essential condition to do self-regulated learning successfully for distance learners. Based on understanding the definition and classification of resource management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of learning resource, debates the significance of learning resource management, expounds the application framework, discusses the process and principles, as also as the role of information technology. It intends to provide a concept and practical framework for distance learners to implement resource management efficiently.
