开放式教师教育职前培养模式探索

摘　　要：现行教师教育职前培养模式存在着一个共同的缺欠,即教师教育实践课程薄弱,甚至缺失,为此应构建开放式教师教育职前培养模式。开放式教师教育职前培养模式构建策略如下:建立开放的教师教育课程体系;通过研究合作、真实情境下的教学交流合作,为师范生提供动态的教学环境;课程实施过程中采取研究性学习、合作学习、案例教学、多元互动等先进的教学方法。There is a common shortcoming in the current model of pre-service training for teacher education, that is, the weakness or even the lack of the practical program of teacher education. To form an open mode of preservice training for teacher education, a system of teacher education courses needs to be established, and a dynamic learning environment for normal college students should be provided in the co-operational and real context. Besides, advanced teaching methods should be taken such as, inquiry learning, cooperative learning, case study and multi-mutual strategies.
