摘  要:以保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌为实验菌株,研究10种中草药(阿胶、黄芪、党参、绿茶茶叶、槐花、当归、木贼、枇杷叶、女贞子、地黄)对两种菌生长的影响。结果表明,生地黄、阿胶、绿茶茶叶、党参原药药液适合保加利亚乳杆菌的生长,与牛乳复合培养时,生地黄添加量为3%凝乳活菌数最高,达1.10×109cfu/mL;绿茶茶叶、阿胶、槐花、生地黄原药药液比较适合嗜热链球菌的生长,与牛乳复合培养时,阿胶添加量为3%时凝乳活菌数最高,达2.10×109cfu/mL。The effects of ten traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) on the growth of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus was studied, the results manifested that the solution of DiHuang, Ejiao, tea and DangShen were suitable for the growth of LB, the viable counts of Lactobacillus bulgaricus got to 1.10×10^9 cfu/ mL when the content of DiHuang was 3% in the TCM-milk composite medium, the solution of tea, Ejiao, HuaiHua and DiHuang were suitable for the growth of ST, the viable counts of Streptococcus thermophilus got to 2.10×10^9 cfu/mL when the content of Ejiao was 3% in the TCM-milk composite medium.
