摘　　要：本文对微格教学理论作了简要介绍，着重从实践上探讨了物理微格教学技能训练的范畴、项目、要求、评价、组织形式与实施方法。mmery In this article,the theory of microteaching was brifly introduced in ,and the category,item,requirement,evaluation,form of orgainizing,and method of implementing of the intructional skill of physics mlicro￣teaching were detailedly carried out in practice.In order to guickly improve the ability of physics teaching of the normal students.
