摘  要:为对比温室与大田蔬菜营养含量,对乌鲁木齐市市郊的温室环境和大田环境中生长的油菜和黄瓜的营养成分的含量作了分析测定。结果表明:与夏季大田蔬菜相比,冬季温室蔬菜的叶绿素、还原型维生素C、总糖、Ca、Mg、P等矿物元素含量均比较低(P<0.05)。提示温室蔬菜营养成分含量的降低与温室内光照不足及空气污染有一定关系。For contrast of nutrition constituents between vegetable from plastic tunnel and from field, the nutritious ingredients in rape and cucumber were detected. The results showed the vegetable from plastic tunnel in winter had less contents of chlorophyll, reducing vitamin C, carbohydrate and mineral elements (eg. Ca, Mg, P) than them from field in summer(P<0.05). It was inferred the reduction resulted from the inadequate illumination and air pollution.
