摘　　要：After paper [1] introduced BE-Algebras, paper [2] obtained homomorphism and isomorphism theorems of such BE-Algebras. In the basis of Eli, [2], this paper abstracts the concept of BCK-Algebras with operators in paper [5], introduces the concepts of modules on BE-Algebras, and Jacobson radicals of semiprimitive BE-Algebras and BE-Algebras, discusses some basic concepts of this modules, gives the expression of Jacobson radicals and proves the structure theorem of semiprimitive BE-Algebras.
