摘 要:从食用油加工厂含油土壤等样品中分离筛选产脂肪酶菌株,得到活性较高的D7、D14、D20株菌,对其生长和产酶条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,3菌株均在培养24h左右出现生长高峰,D7和D20株菌在培养48h后表现出高的酶活性,而D14株菌则在12h^27h活性较高,3菌株最适pH值均为6~7,最适生长温度均为28℃~30℃。Strains D7, D14 and D20 with high lipase production were selected from lipase-producing bacteria isolated from soil sample nearby oil refinery. Growth and enzyme production affected by fermentation conditions was studied. It is showed that the highest growth rate of three strains occurred after about 24 h fermentation. For strains D7 and D20, enzymatic activity reached the highest when fermented for 48h, and for D14 it lasted in the duration of 12-27h. For three strains, the optimum pH and temperature were 6-7 and 28-30℃, respectively.
