摘  要:教师学习型团队打造的着力点在于对课堂的关注。课堂是教师教书育人的主阵地,是教师专业化发展的主领域,是教师生命成长的主通道。关注课堂的教师学习型团队打造的活动方式有多种,如以"会课"为中心,以话题研讨为平台,以特级教师为"范本",以理论学习为引领,以课题关注为抓手。关注课堂还需优化教师学习型团队的组织管理,不断强化成员对课堂的关注度。Focus on classroom is the key to construction of learning-oriented teacher group. Classroom is the main space for teacher's teaching and education, the main field for teacher's professional development and the main channel for teacher's life growth. There are many ways of focusing on classroom while constructing learning-oriented teacher group: lecture consultation as the centre, topic seminar as the platform, master teachers as models, theory learning as the guidance, and project focus as the base. Construction of learning-oriented teacher group also needs to optimize organizational administration and strengthen group member's attention and effect.
