摘　　要：高职走校企合作之路意义深远,而当前我国高职校企合作还存在诸多困境,发达国家校企合作的实践证明,只有政府在其中充分发挥主导作用,才能推动校企合作的健康发展。It is great significance for vocational colleges to develop the cooperation between industry and vocational college. However, there are some problems in the process of development . Practice in developed countries proves that government＇s leading role in the cooperation is the key for the cooperation between industry and vocational college to develop healthly.
