儿童锌营养评价指标的研究

摘　　要：用代谢平衡法测定２４名５～６岁儿童在平衡膳食干预前后锌代谢及有关锌营养指标。结果表明：发锌含量、全血锌浓度、血清ＡＬＰ及ＳＯＤ活性由于受多因素影响作为锌缺乏尤其是临界锌缺乏的单一评价指标有其局限性。对儿童锌营养状况宜采用综合指标进行评价。在排除其它影响因素的前提下，通过膳食干预。A balanced metabolic method was used to determine zinc metabolism and some indices related to zinc nutriture in 24 preschool children on the condition of different diets and zinc nutritional status. The results suggested that none of zinc content of hair, zinc content of whole blood, activity of serum alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase could act as a peculiar and sensitive indice singly due to complex factors. It is better to use comprehensive indicators to assess children's zinc nutritional status. If the confounding factors were removed, the changes of those indices after giving a diet intervention can assess zinc status correctly.
