摘 要:将山竹果皮95%乙醇提取物用溶剂萃取法分成4个不同的组分;采用体外抗氧化模型测定4个组分的抗氧化能力;并对该4个组分分别测定总黄酮、总酚的含量;用大孔吸附树脂D101纯化分离正丁醇相;并测定正丁醇相纯化前后抗氧化活性、总黄酮和总酚含量的变化。结果表明:正丁醇相表现出较强的抗氧化活性;而且该相中总黄酮和总酚的含量也较其他几相高;用D101大孔吸附树脂纯化正丁醇相后抗氧化活性及总黄酮、总酚含量都有显著的提升。The Garcinia mangostana L pericarp was extracted by 95 % ethanol. And the extracts were divided into four parts according their polarity. Then their antioxidant activities were determined by external antioxidant mode. Besides, the content of flavonoids and polyphenols of them were determined. The n-butanol extracts were purified with adsorb resin DlO1.And then the content of flavonoids and polyphenols of them were determined. The result showed that The n-butanol extracts have strong antioxidant activities and the content of flavonoids and polyphenols of it were higher than the other parts. After purified the n-butanol extracts, it showed that the antioxidant activities and the content of flavonoids and polyphenols were remarkably enhanced.
