摘　　要：高职院校培养技能型人才的目标定位和校企合作办学模式的运作,对高职院校辅导员队伍建设提出了新的要求,实施辅导员队伍建设的"校企合作"模式就是提升辅导员队伍素质、培养技能型人才的一大尝试。文章正是从这一特点出发,系统地阐述了高职院辅导员队伍建设要适应"校企合作"模式的必要性和现实意义,为高职院校辅导员队伍建设"校企合作"模式提供了必要的思想理论指导。Owing to the object of cultivating skillful talents and the operation of ＂school-industry cooperation＂ model, the advisor team construction in higher vocational colleges has some new demands. The ＂school-industry cooperation＂ model is just a trial to improve the advisors＇ qualities and cultivate skillful talents. This paper expounds its necessity and realistic meaning and provides the necessary ideological and theoretical guide for the advisor team construction in higher vocational colleges.
