摘　　要：针对目前高职人力资源管理专业人才培养与社会需求之间存在的脱节现象,从教学思维、教学定位、教学方法、教学手段和教学管理等5个方面对高职人力资源管理课程进行了创新研究与实践。In line with the unbalance between talent cultivation, who major in human resources management in higher vocational colleges and the needs for this personnel in society, the human resources management course is researched and practiced, from the perspective of teaching ideas, teaching positioning, teaching methods and teaching management.
