摘　　要：《新课标指导下的河北省中学英语教学模式创新研究》课题组成员对我省近600名中学英语教师进行了调查和访谈,并对部分中学的英语课堂教学进行了课堂教学观摩。调查和观摩信息显示:中学英语教师学历层次和专业素质明显提高;中学英语教师对教学理论和教学法的了解情况有明显好转;传统的"教师中心"课堂教学模式正在向"学生中心"的课堂教学模式转变。在此基础上,本课题组成员建议进一步加强中学英语教师教育工作,以确保教师自身发展与时代发展同步。倡导在中学英语课堂教学中运用"整合型"英语课堂教学模式。Team members of a project have conducted an investigation and intervews over 600 teachers of English in Hebei, observing classroom teaching in part. Result shows that their levels of diploma and specialty qualification are higher. They have a better understanding of the teaching theories and teaching methologies. The traditional teacher - centered class gradually switches to the student - centered one. Moreover, it is suggested that teacher education be implemented in high schools to keep pace with time, and integrity model of English teaching be universally applied.
