摘 要:对混联机床的位置误差进行了检测和补偿。利用激光干涉仪对混联机床沿X向导轨做直线运动时的定位误差和重复定位误差进行了检测,参照数控轴线的定位精度和重复定位精度的定义对测量的误差数据进行了分析和处理,采用可编程多轴运动控制卡PMAC的丝杠补偿和间隙补偿功能对X轴线单、双向定位误差和重复定位误差进行了补偿,并将补偿前后的检测结果进行了对比。对比结果表明:轴线的定位误差和重复定位误差都显著减小,说明所采用的补偿策略可行有效。Position errors of a hybrid machine tool were measured and compensated. Location error and repetitive position error for the hybrid machine tool with motion along X direction was detected using laser interferometer. Measurement error data was analyzed referring to the definitions of positioning accuracy and re-orientation accuracy for numerically controlled axes. Location error and repetitive position error with unidirectional and bidirectional of X axis were compensated by screw compensation and interval compensation of programmable multi-axis controller (PMAC), and detection results with/without compensation were contrasted. The result shows that the compensation strategy is feasible and effective since errors of axis was reduced obviously.
