摘  要:教师专业化发展是提高教师专业水平的主要途径。笔者从专业化的角度,利用自编问卷对河北省特教教师进行了调查,结果发现河北省特教教师专业化发展状况表现为:1.学历达标率高,但专业学历层次较低;2.专业发展整体良好,但整体素质内在构成因素间发展不平衡,其心理健康状况需引起重视,特殊教育理论知识与特殊教育训练能力急需扩充与加强;3.教育理念、专业道德、个性特征良好;4.专业发展意识与工作需要及学校要求有关。根据上述结果,笔者提出了特殊学校教师专业化发展建议。Teachers' professional development is an important approach to improve teachers' professionalization. Special school teachers in Hebei province are investigated using self- made questionnaire. The results show that many teachers have the basic level of degree while the level of professional degree is relatively low; the general professional development is good while there's unbalanced development among intrinsic factors of the quality, and mental health needs to be paid more attention to and theoretic knowledge as well as practical ability of special education needs to be enhanced; educational conception, professional morality and individual characters arc good; teachers' professional awareness is related with job requirements and schools' needs. At last, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
