摘  要:高质量的教师是保证受教育人群接受优质教育的重要条件。小学生的生理特征、心理特征和小学教育的性质决定了小学教师具有区别于中学教师、大学教师的培养范式。目前小学教育专业师范生学习现状提醒有关部门要对小学教师教育进行必要的回归与重构,以确立小学教师教育专业发展的具体思路,进一步提高小学教育质量。High quality teacher is the important condition to ensure educated people to accept high grade education. Primary school teachers'training paradigm should be different from that of secondary school teachers and university teachers, which is determined by the physical characteristics, psychological characteristics of primary school students, and the nature of primary school education. At present, the studying status of normal school students majoring in primary education reminds us of the need for returning and reforming the education of primary teachers to establish the concrete train of thought of academic development of primary school teachers′ education, then enhance the quality of primary school education.
