摘 要:对啤酒废酵母制取多肽的过程进行了研究。采用SephadexG-25凝胶层析分离出10种多肽,经过总抗氧化性的测定发现分离出来的多肽具有一定的总抗氧化性,其中组分E、F的总抗氧化性较强,E达到0.59 U/mg多肽,F达到0.58 U/mg多肽;洗脱曲线表明,自溶12 h能得到比较多的E、F组分。The preparation of active polypeptides from waste beer barm autolysis was studied. 10 kinds of peptides were separated by SephadexG-25. The activity of T-AOC of the polypeptides were determined with Iron ( Ⅱ )- 1,10-Phenanthroline oxidation and the results showed that compositions E and F had strong T-AOC (E was 0.59 unit/mg peptide and F was 0.58 unit/mg peptide). The elution curve suggested that 12 h autolysis of waste beer barm could obtain more E and F compositions.
