摘　　要：叙述了速溶奶粉中卵磷脂的测定方法，样品通过一系列处理后，测定其磷含量，回收率为９６％～９８％。The article described the test method of lecithin in instant milk powder. After the sample was treated by a series of normal procedures,the phosphorus content was determined. The recovery rate was 96%～98%.
