摘 要:国家高中数学新课程内容较之过去发生了较大的变化.现任高中数学教师知识结构是否与新课程内容相适应,直接影响到新课程实施的效果.为了对此问题有一个较为明确的认识,我们对本市几所重点高中的数学教师进行了抽样调查.对其结果进行对比分析,数据显示大部分现任教师的知识结构与高中新课程内容有一定的差距.因此中学教师应通过各种方式进行学习提高.教育有关部门应为他们提供有力的学习平台.高师院校的数学系也应为他们的学习提高提供帮助和支持.The new mathematics curriculum in high school has been changed a lot in comparison with the old. Without a doubt, the knowledge structure of high school mathematics teachers will determines directly the effect of the curriculum implements. In order to find out whether the knowledge structure of high school mathematics teachers can meet the requirements of new mathematics curriculum, we have made a survey into the current knowledge structure of the mathe- matics teachers in some high schools in Fuyang. With the help of the Mathematics Teaching and Research Section of Fuyang Educational Bureau, we have made analysis of the dada collected by investigation. The investigation indicates the disparity between knowledge structure of most Mathematics teachers and the new curriculum's requirement still exists. We think that the teachers should improve their. Knowledge Structure in every possible way. For this reason, the administration departments and the colleges should provide guidance to them and create favorable conditions for their study.
