摘　　要：在我国,城乡教育差别损害了教育公平的基本理念,党和国家非常重视义务教育不均衡发展的问题,逐年加大对于农村和落后地区的政策倾斜与财政补贴,农村教育环境得到了较大改善,但农村教育质量整体不高的现实严重影响着我国教育的整体质量。教师队伍建设是农村教育质量提升的关键。笔者分析了当前我国农村教育发展进程中农村中小学教师队伍建设存在的问题,有针对性地提出了解决问题的途径与方法。In our country,urban and rural differences in education undermines the basic concept of education equity. The party and the country attached great importance to the balanced development of compulsory education is not the issue,The yearly increase for the rural and backward areas of the financial subsidies and preferential policies, rural education, the environment has been more improved,but the overall quality of rural education are not the reality of a serious impact on the overall quality of education in China. This article analyzes the current development process of China＇s rural education in rural primary and secondary school teachers in the building problems,and put forward the problem-solving ways and means.
