摘  要:面对社会价值观多元化以及大学生自身发展阶段的影响,高等学校培养大学生具备高尚的道德情操和强烈的社会责任感、理智感、审美感等社会情感,加强和拓宽对大学生健康社会情感的培养,成为新时期人才培养的关键。大学生社会情感具有理想化、情绪化的特点,大学生健康社会情感的自我培养应该完善自身人格方式,坚持健康文明的生活方式,扩大人际交往,建立广泛的社会支持系统。高等学校培养大学生健康社会情感应重视人文教育,培养大学生的社会责任感,帮助学生确立自我统一性;专业教学要运用情感教育的理念,促进学生的社会化;加强文化艺术熏陶,培养学生高尚、丰富的情感及健康积极的审美精神;开展社会实践活动及学术社团活动,培养大学生团队合作精神。Faced with the impact of diverse values and university students' selfdevelopment, the keys to training the new-age talented person are to cultivate the students' gracious moral character, strong sense of social responsibility, intellegence, aesthetic sense, and to strengthen and broaden their training of healthy socioemotion. Socio-emotion of students is characterized with idealization, sentiment and growing maturity. Fostering healthy socio-emotion by university students themselves should try to perfect their own personality , stick to the civilized way of life, widen interpersonal relationship and establish a wide range of social support systems. Training students" healthy social emotion should attach importance to humanity, a sense of social responsibility and help students to establish the self-uniformity. Professional teaching should employ the concept of emotional education, impetus the socialization of students, strengthen the influence of culture and art, foster the gracious and abundant emotion and spirit of the healthy aesthetics, carry out a variety of social practice and academic community activities, and develop the spirit of teamwork.
