摘　　要：为提高中学教师教育技术应用能力培训质量,对保定市27所中学的参训教师进行了抽样调查,根据结果建议分层确定培训目标,采取多种培训模式等,以提高培训工作的针对性和实效性。To improve the quality of elementary teachers＇ technical ability, a random investigation had been conducted aiming to the training teachers from 27 schools in Baoding city. Based on the investigation, it is suggested that training objects should be classified according to the current level and diversified modes should be taken to elevate the training work＇s pertinence and effectiveness.
