摘 要:采用紫外线制备无菌海水,根据最佳净化工艺(室温:29~30℃,湿度:80%~95%,每24h海水循环36次)对波纹巴非蛤进行中试研究,综合分析了中试净化的微生物指标、重金属和贝类毒素指标、物理指标,并对经济成本进行了核算。结果表明:波纹巴非蛤净化中试后,微生物指标、重金属和贝类毒素指标均符合净化海水贝类(DB35/575-2004);产品得率在95%以上;净化成本645元/吨。Pilot test ofPaphia Undulata depuration were studied under the optimal depuration conditions, using aseptic seawater prepared by ultraviolet rays. The microbial index, heavy metals and shellfish poisons indexes, and physical index were comprehensive analyzed. And the cost of pilot-scale experiment was also checked. The result suggested that the microbial index, heavy metals and shellfish poisons indexs, and physical index were according with the demands of DB35/575-2004 aider the pilot test ofPaphia undulata deputation. The yield of produet was above 95%, and the cost of depuration was 645 yuan per ton.
