摘　　要：依据德国职业教育"双元制"职教模式中的"行为引导式"教学法,在分析高职高专商务英语专业校企合作模式现状与不足的基础上,提出了外贸项目驱动式校企合作模式,并对其实施方式进行了详细的论述,最后对存在问题与前景进行了分析。Based on the ＂Dual System＂ and ＂Behavior Conducting＂ approaches in Germen vocational education, this article has analyzed the present situation and problems in college-enterprise cooperation of a business English major of a higher vocational college. It has put forward a ＂Foreign-Trade-Oriented Approach＂ and discussed about the implementation and has analyzed the problems and prospect of the approach.
