摘  要:深化校企合作的改革,成为当下职业教育研究的焦点问题。职业教育校企共建冠名班的举措,是一种颇具前瞻性的校企合作改革的新亮点。观念、目标和方式的前瞻性体现校企共建冠名班的前瞻性;校企共建冠名班的紧迫感、价值及其他方面的功能彰显其必要性;校企共建冠名班的合理性,集中体现在其有效地促成校企双方的互补行为、互惠行为、互利行为和互促行为的发生;认识上达成共识、时机和条件趋于成熟,是支撑校企冠名班共建具有可行性的基本要素。Deepening the reform of cooperation has become the current focus issue in vocational education research . To build the titled class jointly of the school-enterprise in vocational education is the new bright spot in a more forward looking reform of school-enterprise cooperation. This article analyzes the titled class jointly built by school and enterprise from dimensions of forward-looking, necessity, rationality and feasibility. Specifically, the forward-looking of school-enterprise cooperation titled class looking directly point to the concept, objectives and mode. The senses of urgency, value and other aspects of the functional highlights the needs to build the titled class of school-enterprise cooperation. The rationality of school-enterprise cooperation title building mainly embodies to boost the two sides the acts of reciprocity, mutual benefit and balances behavior. Understanding to reach a consensus, the timing and mature conditions are the basic elements to support the school-enterprise naming class.
