特殊教育学校教师职业承诺的现状与特点研究

摘　　要：采用问卷法对特殊教育学校918名教师的研究表明:特殊教育学校教师职业承诺处于中等水平;特殊教育学校教师职业承诺显著高于普通教育学校教师;特殊教育学校教师职业承诺存在显著的人口统计学变量的差异。918 teachers in special educaiton schools are measured using questionnaire. The results show that special education school teachers have moderate level of occupational commitment, which is higher than that of ordinary education school teachers. There are significant differences of special school teachers＇ occupational commitment in demographic variables.
