摘  要:研究了在白灵菇液态深层发酵过程中添加入不同浓度的党参水提取液对发酵多糖的动态影响。通过测定胞内多糖、胞外多糖以及pH值、生物量、菌丝球密度、菌丝球直径和发酵液黏度等一系列发酵指标的变化,结果显示,在发酵培养液中加入25mg/L、50mg/mL、75mg/mL的党参水提取液,对白灵菇发酵多糖及生物量均有促进作用,尤其是添加50mg/mL的党参水提取液时效果最显著,白灵菇发酵胞内多糖得率、胞外多糖得率及生物量质量分数分别可达10.5%、8.02%和1.4g/100mL。In this paper,effect of adding Fllase Asia bell root Tangshen water extraction on submerge fermentation polysaccharide of pleurotus nebrodensis was studied. By determining the change of intracellular polysaccharide, exopolysaccharide,pH value, myeelia biomass, mycelium globe density, mycelium diameter and viscidity of fermentation liquid, the results showed that adding 25mg/mL, 50mg/mL and 75mg/mL Tangshen extraction could promote polysaccharide production and increase biomass yield, especially the 50mg/mL being the best concentration, the yield of intracellular polysaccharide, exopolysaccharide and mycelia biomass was 10.5% (w/w) , 8.02% (w/w) , 1.4g/ 100 mL respectively.
