摘　　要：法学专业(工程法方向)人才培养目标定位为既掌握法学基础知识、又具有建筑工程基础知识背景的复合型、应用型法律人才,"建筑法学"则为该专业的重点课程之一。本文就"建筑法学"课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面作一些探讨。The law specialty （engineering law direction） undergraduates have the orientation of complex and applied type of talents who not only master basic law knowledge, hut also master basic construction engineering knowledge. The construction law was a key course for the specialty. This paper simply discussed the teaching content, teaching method and teaching means for the construction law course, so as to perfect the construction law course teaching further.
