摘  要:精品课程建设是提高教学质量的重要途径。围绕食品生产技术国家精品课程建设,从课程建设理念、教学团队建设、课程内涵建设、课程效果评价、课程特色等方面,论述了高职精品课程建设的方法与途径。The construction of excellent curriculum was an important way to improve teaching quality. The methods and means for the construction of the national excellent curriculum in vocational colleges were discussed through some aspects in this paper. Such as curriculum construction conception, teamwork building, teaching contents, effects assessment and curriculum characteristics of the national excellent curriculum- food production technique.
