摘  要:研究蒸气爆破结合酸降解处理甘蔗叶提取木糖过程中爆碎压力、维压时间、料液比、粒度等对木糖溶出量的影响:木糖溶出量随爆碎压力增加而增加,随维压时间增加,先增大后减小,随粒度增大而减小,随固液比增大先减小后增大,得到最佳爆破工艺是爆碎压力1.2MPa,维压时间12.5min,粒度100目,固液比1∶15,辅助电子扫描电镜分析爆破渣表面,初步探讨蒸气爆破机理,表明蒸气爆破处理方式能够促进甘蔗叶酸催化水解提取木糖。The steam explosion affectes the production of xylose from sugar cane leaves by vitriol. In this paper, four primary factors : the pressure, the time of keeping pressure, the granularity and the ratio of sugarcane leaves to water were studied. Firstly, when the pressure raised, the content of the zylose increased; when the time of keeping raised, it increased firstly, then reduced; when the granularity got large, it became reduce; when the proportion of the sugar cane leaves to water became increase, it became reduce and then increased. It provided the best production technic: the pressure was 1.2 MPa, the time of keeping pressure was 12.5 min, the granularity was 100 mu, and the proportion of the sugar cane leaves to water was 1:15. It also study the mechanism of steam explosion with scanning electron microscope (SEM). It indicated that steam explosion was a good dealing way to acid hydrolysate of sugar cane leaves fo xylose.
