浅谈成人英语学习终身化的实现

摘　　要：教育国际化和经济全球化的趋势迫切要求成人教育学员终身学习英语以促进其自身发展。本文从引导成人学员树立英语学习终身化的教育理念、建构满足成人终身需要的英语课程和教学内容、优化远程网络及多媒体教学手段以实现教育阶段的有机衔接、提供成人使用英语进行工作的平台实现其学以致用、用以促学的目标四个方面论述了如何才能实现成人英语教育的终身化,以期推动满足成人自身发展和社会需要的成人英语教育事业的大力发展。Education internationalization and economy globalization urgently necessitate life-long English learning to adult education learners for their own development. This essay illustrates how to realize the life-long English learning in adult education as follows： directing adult learners to build the concept of life-long learning English, establishing the English courses and contents which can satisfy adults＇ life-long development, optimizing long-range webs and multimedia teaching methods to realize efficient joint between different stages, and offering the chances to adults using English for work to promote learning and using, which can drive the development of adult education satisfying adults＇ and social needs.
