芬兰中等职教师资现状及其培养特点研究

摘　　要：芬兰中等职业教育师资培养具有如下特色:设置专门的职教师资培养机构;重视培养教师的教学素养,将理论与实践结合;形成规范的职教教师任职资格和准入制度及教师在职培训制度;建立独立、开放的职教师资培养评估制度。这些都在职教师资培养培训渠道、教师资格制度、教师培训方式、教师继续教育、教师教育评估等方面为我国提供了有益的启示。The cultivation of secondary vocational school teachers in Finland has the following characteristics：designed special cultivation institute for vocational school teachers;attached importance to cultivate teachers teaching quality and integrate theory with practice;formed regulated qualification system,admittance system and inservice training system;build independent and open evaluation system for cultivation of vocational school teachers.The above characteristics all provide significant enlightenments for the cultivation of vocational school teachers in the aspects of cultivation approach, teacher qualification system, teacher further education and teacher education evaluation.
