人论:教育管理学理论范畴逻辑起点

摘　　要：逻辑起点是学科研究域内最一般的抽象规定,根据逻辑起点可以推演出学科的理论范畴。"人论",就是对"人的基本问题"即人性和人的发展问题的认识。"人"是所有管理系统的主体构成要素,人在管理系统中的核心地位,决定了人在管理理论中的基本位置,管理理论范畴的建构必须从对"人的基本问题"的追问开始。从基于"政治人"论的古代政治管理、"经济人"假设下的现代经济管理和"文化人"视野下的当代文化管理等管理理论之"人论"的逻辑起点,分析教育管理理论研究中的人性观,推演出"人论"作为教育管理学理论范畴逻辑起点的适切性和科学性。The logical starting point is the most general abstract requiremerits in the field of subject research, according to the logical starting point, we can deduce the theoretical scope of disciplines. ＂Theory on human being＂ is the understanding of ＂human fundamental problems＂ that is human nature and human development issues. ＂Man＂ is the main elements in all management system, man＇s central position in management theory determines the basic position in management theory, construction of administration theory category must start from ＂people＇s basic problems＂ ,based ancient political management, modern economic management and contemporary culture management, analyses human nature view of educational management theory study, deduces that ＂theory on human being＂ as the logical starting point of educational management theory category is appropriateness and scientificity.
