摘  要:加拿大当代著名教育家迈克尔·富兰多年来一直从事教育变革的研究并取得了许多重要的成果。他的教育变革思想集中体现在教育变革的特征、教育变革的力量,以及教育变革的实施等几个方面。他揭示了教育变革的非线性和复杂性的特点,认为学习型个人、学习型组织和学习型社会是推动教育变革的动力,并指出在教育变革过程中会遇到来自学校、当地教育部门以及国家和社会的阻力,并分析了影响教育变革实施的因素,以及教育变革持续发展的困难。For many.years, Michael Fullan, the Canadian contemporary famous educator,has been devoted in the research of educational change, and has also achieved many important achievements. His ideas on educational change have embodied in the characteristics, the forces and the implementation of educational change, etc. He has revealed educational change as a complex and nonlinear process. In his opinion, the learning individual, learning organization and learning society are the forces to promote educational change. Furthermore, he has pointed out that the dynamic process of reform in education would meet the stumbling blocks from the school, the local department of education as well as the country and society. Besides, be has also analyzed the influential factors of educational change implementation and the difficulty of educational change in sustainable development.
