摘 要:研究首乌藤黄酮粗提物及不同极性黄酮类组分的体外抗氧化活性。用普鲁士兰法和水杨酸比色法测定了首乌藤黄酮粗提物及不同极性黄酮类组分还原能力的大小和对羟基自由基的清除作用;用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了首乌藤粗提物对超氧阴离子的清除作用,并用烘箱储藏法测定了其对油脂的抗氧化活性。实验结果表明,首乌藤黄酮粗提物及不同极性黄酮类组分具有良好的抗氧化活性。In vitro antioxidant activities( AOA) of different polarity flavonoids from extract of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori were studied.The prussian blue spectrophotometry measure and salicylic acid colorimetry were used to evaluate the effects of the different polarity flavonoids from extract of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori on the reducing power and scavenging hydroxyl radical.The pyrogallol autoxidation method was used to evaluate the effects of the extract of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori on the scavenging superoxide anion radical and the changes of the oil oxidation were determined by storage in baking oven.The results showed that the AOA in different polarity flavonoids from extract of Caulis Polygon/Multiflori was good.
